It may be more complicated than people think. Amber just reported on Bnn that there was a large number of price increases just before Concordias purchase as has been the focus. It makes for suspicious timing when private equity has to balance whether they can keep raising prices at the same pace to outpace declines. The waters aren't really that clear.
