Lots of noise on this board
Lots of noise on this board. But what seems evident to me is that there won't be a buyout anytime soon. Unless a fire sale occurs and the company is in trouble at least. Main reason is because of the 65$ US financing. Reputations are on the line if it is sold below that especially so quickly in relation to that financing. Also, since GS was involved in the financing, MT will be seen as a joke if he wants to do financing in the future. Just my opinion obviously. Keep the stock for a while, you'll do good over time.

$65 U.S. Makes perfect sense for a take-out. That works out to 11x ebitda which seems fair to me.

valid points about $65 it's all speculation until we hear anything from company.. regarding GS I think it's BIGGEST joke in the world and I doubt they care at all what price Concordia sells for.. look what they did with Tesla.. lol.. I wouldn't consider GS at all in this BO rumours and conversation . leave it in rear mirror.. CB

I don't believe to the 65 usd. It's going to be more, If a buyout is announced. But I Will say sorry it's 65 or under...

if there was gonna be any buyout, i doubt you could seee it under 65usd$ where the financing was at....i just dont see that...

on the other and,l 65usd$ would make it 30% less than the 52 week high of 89$...so we just saw a deal done like that today and with the sector underperforming, i wouldnt be surprised of a 65$ deal

For the deal to occur at $65US, the stock price would have to be at least $45US. It is only at $32US now.

Don't feel sorry for me. I am retired thanks to my "good luck" in my investing. I also have said that all you do is talk about other posters and not about the stock in question (CXR). You will make money also once you stop worrying about posters and start worrying about the stocks itself.
