I would concur with you. The bid/ask are in 2600 perfect for 43.05. Ummmmm......apparently there are 2 different investors one is eager to sell his share and just happen another dude wanted.

No, this is common for this stock and Uncommon for most others I follow. It often moves around pre-market but always in (near) perfect balance. Most likely the same fund on both sides of the trade.
