MT needs to accept
If an offer comes in like $40 or $45USD, He needs to accept it.
We saw what happens when there is no deal.
This should come as a warning to MT that MAKE A DEAL NOW

I agree with you. Problem is that there is political implications with healthcare. If something goes wrong and Hilary goes nuts, CXR can have problems. "bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush". Get me my money now and I will invest it something else.

They cannot do just whatever they want... There is likely a clause with the share issuance that states there cannot be a takeover offer for less than the subscribed shares, or the shareholders get 10% above share facevalue at time of purchase or something like that.... How would you like to be one of the buyers and now you are going to lose $20 US/share??? No way.
