Takeda
They can't give us Takeda shares.
It doesn't trade on Toront.
If we end up with Takeda, how do we sell it?

Oh ya they can, they can give you a pile of poo if the shareholders accept it lol. It it would be up to your brokerage how they deal with your shares.

I agree but I don't know if CXR management would want to operate under a japanese company. They are hard to work with I think, to put it mildly.
