Why is it the no one here considers the possibility that this delay in talks is because Cxr has a good  firm bid that other parties are trying to beat,  a process that obviously takes time.  MT is trying to squeeze every dollar out if the buyers, or in lattice case he is squeezing his investors and the stock is going to zero.

how could you think positive when we all know that whoever is negotiating this deal (either side) doesn't give a rat's a$$ about the shareholders, and that they only care about maximizing their own personal wealth? and how could you think positive now that hilary has a clear path to the presidency? also, brexit polling is showing a virtual tie; let's hope that the ducks will all line ...more

Very true bull_man. And if they were using brexit as leverage in their negotiations, i don't think for a minute they wouldn't use regulatory scrutiny in the Uk. Valeant just got fined $54 million for activities in a company before they owned them. Phm raised money at $1.50 from big funds, had reimbursement rates cut and now is 20 cents. Nothings for sure in the stock market. I'm ...more
