KKR
is there a history of Greenhill and KKR getting any deals done in past? They may be interested in buying Cinven stake and offering some $$ to reduce debt.. Again I suggest people to read Bloomberg interview I posted here before and read what KKR CO-CEO says about health care little bit. Also, JPY is strong as hell Takeda should take advantage of strong currency before it turns other way. I will be happy 1.5 shares of Takeda.. :/ CB

curious, why do you think cxr will sell off the most profitable division that they just bought? That is a stupid thought that you have said previously. I think selling the diabetic healthcare division makes more sense.

I meant Cinven's 20% stake and become a partner.. Doable? Would Cinven give up for right price? CB

Sure, but that is not what this strategic planning is all about.

We all know that strategic alternatives may mean more than one thing.. just trying to figure out although I know it's redundant.. :) https://www.forbes.com/sites/antoinegara/2015/10/28/kkr-is-beginning-to-look-like-the-goldman-sachs-of-private-equity/#7af1a8a74ee3 CB

CB: I can't see Cxr selling amco only. It's a fire sale on the whole thing buddy, the model Cxr follows along with its accounting practices cannot exist in the open market these days, way to easy to attack and short.
