Amazing

Amazing control of the technicals. Made sure we close at the day low by the penny. Every time we had a small spike due to a big buyer they managed to bring the SP down, even the John zechner pop was taken care of in orderly fashion.
I said it before and will say it again, in absense of buyers the short have absolute control of SP and it's apparent. Buyers got their butts handed to them June 2nd and will not try to play the buyout card again.  12 million shares shorted is an indictation to the longs that there is a "kill shot" like my friend lattice said on the way, whether that's true or not, Cxr need to sell before this comes out.
After 12 trading days in a row we get 1.3% upside, even with Brexit looking like a long shot.
Vrx with all its issues s outperforming Cxr on a daily basis.

Now, You guys still think that Cxr doesn't need to sell?
Managemnt lost all and any control of a potentially great company, they know it and will sell.

I'm long Cxr but I'm not a bull on the company. My position is only because all the signs are telling me that they have to sell. They will 100%.

ROLLER007.....its not that they dont need to sell...i understand both sides of the pitch ...but they will not sell at 62$ like you think.... 62usd$..sure fine i can live with that..my average here is 32$...but for a company that , if they could get it together could be back to 117$ in a year or two,...welll its worth the risk..and certainly worth the reward

the real question is ...why are there so many shorts....why 12million out of 51million outstanding.....what kill shot are they after , especially to think that at this price of 29$, that the company could decline significantly further.....thats to me what is the most puzzling....

They are hoping they can continue to distort, walk this thing even further down and then start a class action. They are relying on the fact that cxr won't does not have the assets to pay down the debt. They are walking down the price so equity offerings are no longer favourable for the company. They are counting on further product purchases needed to pay down the debt and they hoping no ...more

Regardless: the most puzzling is an accounting issue, such in Vrx case. To avoid getting exposed, Cxr needs to sell before next earnings, which is the premise of my big gamble here. And it will sell at a low price. If it sells anywhere in the 50s Canadian that will be our proof that their numbers were cooked and that they needed to bail before popo hit the fan.  This will happen.

so your gambling on the premise that they cooked the books ...ok..now assume they are not cooked..and they can manage...where does that put you?... your points actually do make sense ...no doubt if they did cook the books that we would see a lowball garbage sale price.....but zechner dfoesnt think so...and neither do i... zechner is the biggest sceptic ive seen on bnn over the years...but hes ...more

traded a lot like the Dow and other indices: open up, slide down slowly on the day and close a little above the lows. Nothing special, just the market today.

What accounting issue are you talking about.  VRX had a captive specialty pharmacy that they did not account properly.  Please tell me what accounting issue you are referring to, than just stating garbage.

Exactly cookie....what shady accounting???..what cooked books roller007????....that is the only thing left for them to consider a buyout at all...if they did account like valeant did then fine...then id believe they were trying to sell before the second quarter.....but then we also would have traded around 300$ a share too.....you dont make any sense...and if thats what you have to go on as far as ...more

Greed.  They are as greedy as longs when the train has stopped and is starting to go backwards.  Greed and fear.  Impacts all traders and investors, long or short. Notice the run up in mid may from sub $30 to over $40 in no time because of a rumour!  Placed by the "gang".  The mode of operation is investor rape and pillage.  They want classic investors to ...more
