I dont understand. ...so some one said that they may be in a blackout?....well why would they be silent if a buyout was contingent on Britain staying in the e.u......i guess the share price needs to lose another 40% before they wake up

Last time the SP took this kind of a nosedive, MT was on BNN within days. It's odd their has been zero noise. It's obvious what the shorts are doing. Trying to pull every stop in the book (starting rumours about MT notowning any CXR shares, trying to start a class action, posting damn near libellous articles on seeking alpha about "imminent bankruptcy") to milk Brexit slide to ...more

Looks like MT did speak: Health care Concordia Healthcare Corp has the biggest exposure to the U.K. out of any Canadian pharma company, at about 40 per cent of its business, thanks to its acquisition last October of Amdipharm Mercury Limited. But, the Oakville, Ont.-based company’s exposure to the falling pound is hedged by the fact that about 20 per cent of its debt is in that currency.  ...more
