Share for share exchange or disposition, or dispostion to non-res corp require a resolution on corporation(ccpc) minute book, also certain elections would be required to be filed with cra. Corporate minute book usually stores with lawyers and nobody would be able to see it. I would not think cra would not release this either. I would like to know the source of this non-residence share transaction.
