Concordia Healthcare Corp. > CXR was not bought out because
View:
Post by fdfd12 on Jul 10, 2016 9:03pm

CXR was not bought out because

of what I said the day of the very first offer.
CXRX was trading at around $22US and that is when
Blackstone or whoever said they were looking to buy them out.

I said the true value of CXRX was and is around $65US but no one will
buy it since it is presently at $22US and we don't give 3 times the present price.

Probably they were offered $40US MAX and they rejected it.

END OF STORY.

CXR will be not sold. Next year when they will pay more their debt, the price will be higher and they  know that all it is a matter of time.. Also, next month if the financial statement are ok , the price will be higher.

Lattice,  the only people who deserve jail time in this story is you, Cohodes and the rest of your market manipulating friends.  CXR is a cash cow that you guys have been smearing for months for your own personal gain at the expense of bystanding retail and institutional investors.  Your accusations of accoutning irregularities were a transparent attempt to undermine the stock and ...more

Lattice, you really do clog up this board. It's really annoying. I don't even read all your posts. I actually think I would feel bad for you if there was a buyout...... you seem a little desperate :( quote=Lattice]Wordless, The "source" manipulated the media for a pump and dump.  If you haven't figured that out by now, just burn your money - it would be quicker ...more

I understood your concern. If I were CXR -Board,I would say that CXR true value is higher than $65US.If I were the buyer ,I would say that CXR has her problems and I can not buy a bad company, just to be not bought by others-to conserve the place if I return. CXR is undervaluated.Debt payment is in progress. These buyers wanted to own a good chip stock. -please can you explain this, I can not ...more

Lattice - I'm not here for a buyout.  I never was.  If you read my posts, I have stated there will be no buyout. That said, I'm perfectly happy holding this incredibly cheap stock at these levels. Good luck with your short.  I believe you are going to need it.  It's quite obvious why a PE firm wanting to do an LBO couldn't and won't do an LBO here ...more

I personally think the authors of the original wall street journal article got it wrong.  True that there will be a strong movement towards LOE drugs by health providers and public payers looking to save money as their premiums and tax bases shrink and the need for healtcare increases. Not true that Valeant practices are echoed by ethical pharma companies.  Go ahead and have grater ...more
