I see you blasted his other articles as well ..... NOT your favorite seeking alpha author? Brutal, I see where you posted your same post four times on his previous article that he wrote about CXRX - it appears that GoldBag you were a little pissssed?
The problem is massive leverage and eroding assets. The question will be if they can stay ahead of the creditors. The debt to equity ratio that the author quotes is very concerning, and i agree that they will not be able to unload their old off-patent assets as easily as Valeant. Like it or not, this author called it correctly in the last "Cigar Butt" article he wrote, and you have called it incorrectly (just pointing out the obvious).
