Getting ripe for a takeover
24.00 Aug calls pretty active. Along with 26/27 dollar sept calls. Pretty cheap way to play this one.

Pretty active ? What are you talking about, some 20 contracts is nothing. Not even worth 3,000$.

Management will take it private at below $20 Cdn. As far as I am concerned they are complicit in the dramatic fall with a phoney Strategic Review and haven't provided even a hint of whether it is still ongoing or their intentions. No debt payment announced since Dec. Expect another sympathy hit when Valeant reports days before CXR.

They also took down all presentations from their website. Didn't take Q&A during their AGM.
