TD is the buyer and CIBC is back to selling a bit. the US houses are all minor but then again pretty low volume at under 200k so far

Echelon look like they are unwinding their position this month. they have sold 140k so far this month with most of it over the last 3 days. i googled them and appear to be a speciality insurer and looks like it is Euro and Canada
