if Horizon Pharma bought CXR....

Very good company, very good management!  If they bought CXR for a modest premium in shares, the pro forma D/Ebitda would be 4.0x.  Very manageable with very strong free cash flow.  Hugely accretive to HZNP and gives them a European footprint to pursue growth.  I would take $20 U.S. For CXR with the opportunity to roll into HZNP.  My wildcard thing to watch for!

It seems as if somethings on the horizon for cxr, everyone complained yesterday that no update was provided... they listened.... and it wasn't to lower guidance. Glad I covered ha
