And Then There is the Legacy Pharma Income Fund....

This was brought up by a shortie on this bullboard previously.  Mark Thompson was the lawyer who did the 300 page Prospectus for the Legacy Pharma Income Fund.  Why in the world would he want to be associated with George Georgiou - or his wife Karen - as this article points out?  That is not good company to keep!  For those also wondering, Thompson is no longer a member of the Ontario Bar Association.  May or may not be related.

Here is one story mentioning George and Karen Georgiou..   Same names as in the Bloomberg article that mentions the Legacy Pharma Income Fund.   https://www.tribune242.com/news/2012/feb/01/broker-clients-want-right-to-sue-for-25m/ I believe George Georgiou went to jail, and I just started digging on this.
