that knows a guy that has mentioned in a casual conversation just very recently  that a deal has been concluded, and an announcement will be coming very soon, I believe it is in favour of all of us, at $35.00 USA  and it is not a sale,,,but better

You mean like last April ? And then June ? Documents were signed and it was a done deal according to Roller last we say of him...strange you'd say this. All I know is that I know a guy that knows a guy that told me that the company was in serious trouble and that the SEC and the FBI were into it.
