What would a GP be willing to pay to get in? And how much CXR needs to raise? If they plan to go international, they absolutely need a GP. While encouraging, this dilutes the stock further and it will take longer to built value. I think this is what Thompson's after. He must negotiate and get the OK from his creditors though.

a good point, seems selling drug to other Africa Asian middle east, Can solve problem of the drug competition (their most competition from USA).this can create a huge profit

For the amount of risk they are taking probably closer to book value which is still lower from these levels
