The quarter is out, and as long and there is no horrible news, this appears to be forming a bottom, which for a trader means get your feet wet. Its likely going to trade up a bit.

I wouldn't be counting my chickens just yet. 11.65 open could be the new 12.65... buying volume will give a better indicator.
