CXR = Poster Child for 2016 Tax Loss Selling...?

I'm guessing this thing could have further to fall come early December when fund managers, institutional investors, and other big shots who still own this turkey want to get it off their books and/or claim the capital loss for 2016......

I would assume any remaining institutional holders will blow this out next week before end of quarter. No one will want this on a clients quarterly portfolio statement. December will bring the retail tax loss selling.
