Latice, the epitome of bad form

I am curious, Latice why are you still here?

Hat’s off to you, your warnings when the stock was flying high were correct. Those who listened are grateful, those who didn’t must begrudgingly give you your due.

But why are you still here? You made a shitload of money. Go and enjoy it. You and the othe shorts don’t need to give any more warnings. And please don’t insult my intelligence by telling me you are trying to help people. The ones who are still here or people contemplating new positions know the risks and the failings of this company.

Picking at the bones of carcass like a vulture is bad form. Didn’t your mother tell you greed is bad? To gloat is even worse. Of course, unless there is more to this story.

I am sure there is.

How come you guys aren't attacking people like Lumber who were promising a $50 shareprice last month and telling investors that they were lawyers and management wouldn't guide down or it would be a violation! Man, this company would likely have NEGATIVE equity if the balance sheet amortization periods weren't so outrageous. There is still huge risk here to be long. I would be ...more

No, Concordia’s story we know already know. It’s a tragic one for many I meant there is more to YOUR story as to why you continue to try to get blood from a stone. Unbridled greed, revenge or something else?

Of course. 4 Mil$ lawsuit! Cohodes is such an idiot. All he had to do was short & make his money. Instead he goes on BNN & make himself look stupid. What ever he made, will be dishied out in court & settlement.

Wouldn't it be funny if Thompson had to sell more shares (with regret of course) to pay Cohodes legal fees or to compensate those in the class action lawsuits for their losses! Ahh....sweet justice

I don't agree that "any" short seller being sued sees it as a "badge of honor" but professionals who are well footed certainly would! This has given me a complete new appreciation for "honest short sellers" as I'll call them.  They go after the possible corrupt companies (and market players) and when the weak tries to shut them up with lawsuits, the ...more

This stone is still spilling blood. Its still bleeding on the weekly chart to the tune of 10-20% a week. If we get an afterhours news release tonight, it won't likely be great news and it will continue to bleed at a much faster rate. Just as longs only see upside, many still see alot of downside and are still excited about our positions. Technically any deferal should be announced today. If ...more

Don't you understand. People like Lattice have lost a lot of money$$ in the past! This may be a winner, but they have a lot of losers out there too. Why do you believe cohodes became a farmer? Freedom 65? Highly unlikely!  But why are you still here? You made a shitload of money. Go and enjoy it. Read more at

I feel sorry for your loss on Bre-x, but I think you been jaded by your experience , and thus being on the wrong side of a trade again. quote=LaticelnExile] Yup.  You got me on that point about losing a lot of money in the past!  The first company I lost money on was called BRE-X.  I believed in it so strongly I even got friends and family to invest in it and they lost ...more

I'm feeling sorry for you , because reading your post , you feel very sorry for yourself. So the money you, your family and friends lost will never be recovered in shorting CXR. You sound like you lost all your money on Bre-X , so you can't have much left to short CXR.  Once again sorry for your loss. [/quote]
Comment by MrHulot on Sep 30, 2016 3:37pm
I don’t think you learned anything from your Bre-X experience. You were probably up a lot on Bre-x at some point until the bottom fell out. The longer you “stay at the table” the bigger the chances that the trade will eventually start to go against you.

That explains it!  I was always wondering what your deep down motive was here but was always afraid to ask. You are chasing fraud. You've been wronged in the past and you want to see wrong doers pay. I'll buy that!  Glad to have a ticket against this one.

Latice Not talking about the ones you lost once upon a time. I'm talking the red on your current positions. You & cohodes (along with several wall street hedge funds) seem to believe that the Canadian market is going tank. The tweets attacking the Canadian financials spreading bogus fear is particularly funny (or not). This is not to way to get back into Wall nor Bay street! Shame on you ...more
