Has Stategic review  ending been announced by management? No, not a word from CXR. Review is not finished. Shorts are covering.

Lucky, management did announce the end of the review. THat doesn't mean there are no strategic moves in the future, but they are not considering any at this particular time. The company has addressed their liquidity issues for the foreseeable future. They now need to focus on operations. Lucky check the SEC disclosures from earlier this week on the NASDAQ website.  Strategic review concluded with the sale of 350 million in notes to Goldman as the initial buyer.  So now Mark and the gang are free to buy all the shares they want................................

see this link, it states 'The closing of the Offering marks the formal conclusion of the Company's strategic review'. Yes the "strategic BS review" has ended with a whimper.  They found no buyers and gave the few NA assets (held in Barbadoes?? With coconuts??)  to Notes holders under the nose of shareholders and bondholders.  AMCo deed has not left the UK and is with a legal agent until the earnouts are paid and that won't happen.  Watch.
