until a reorganisation??  Its a tragic situation compounded by a greedy CEO who was always one step ahead of the regulators (for the time being).  I am interested to know if insider own any of the secured notes...........................

Tinybear, nonsense continues. $500M in the coffers , but Cinven will regain Amco for free. Bullshiit talk. The earnout is $170M and CXR has $500M cash plus access to more , but they are going to default and give up $3B worth of assets.
