Insiders sold the pump!

Over half million dumped today......during the 3 day blackout  period before earnings! Quick someone call the regulators.....or are they already on it?
Comment by Shortingtozero2 on Nov 02, 2016 7:14pm
Yes.  They are.
Comment by Craigbad on Nov 02, 2016 7:17pm
I can see this thing getting suspended from trading soon. Thats a huge no no, but not surprising. I'll add a sec/osc investigation to my short thesis on that alone. You just can't make this stuff up!
Comment by Shortingtozero2 on Nov 02, 2016 7:17pm
What the heck?  529 transactions of insider transactions it took them to dump?   And someone said Shorts were trying to get it down to cover!!!   LMFA!
Comment by marxath on Nov 02, 2016 7:19pm
Holy jumpin, do I hear $3.00 come Monday @ 9:38AM
Comment by Craigbad on Nov 02, 2016 7:23pm
The price was up today so it wasn't a margin call. Not only have they been on the top ten insider selling list more days than not, they're actually selling during an earnings blackout blatantly breaking securities laws. If earnings were even half ways good this would not be happening.
Comment by killtrader on Nov 02, 2016 7:32pm
I thought we covered this ground yesterday .    if margin calls are not met with infusion of cash then the broker has the legal right to sell out the client .   I suspect this process has been ongoing for several months now and will shortly come to an end as new management takes over and cleans house .
Comment by Craigbad on Nov 02, 2016 7:38pm
Tell yourself whatever it is that makes you feel better. You don't get margin calls on a long position on up days. The selling was on both up and down days. Regardless, MT was Ceo for last quarter, even if he was the only insider selling, he wouldn't bite off his nose to spite his face if the quarter was good.
Comment by Shortingtozero2 on Nov 02, 2016 7:44pm
HAHAHAHA.   Broker?    Ya right.....    A broker doesn't own the debt instrument.
Comment by killtrader on Nov 02, 2016 7:55pm
Oberman has had a chance to look at this company up close . A golden opportunity for him to boost his reputation and make some money  It wont  take much to stop the hemmoraging and clean up the balance sheet ,..and BTW ,..the margin selling process reverses itself and applies to the short sellers on the way up .
Comment by Nossy45 on Nov 02, 2016 8:28pm
Everyone agree Oberman is going to take this company and turn it around ... he's just not in on the 14th. So the question everyone is asking is how high does it go this week, and how low does it go the after that. $3? $2? $1?

Junior - I am not particularly bearish on CXR. I think the worst is behind us, and the next two weeks will be just noise and pricing pressure. I do agree with you CXR has a higher liklihood of going to $9 - 12 USD before it goes to $1. On a 6 - 9 month horizon I am very bullish on CXR, because I believe senitment will change especially with the new CEO. My plan is this, sell into the pre earnings ...more

I did call IR today to ask about this selling or whatever it is.  I did not get a call back or response on my email.  All I wanted was a YES or NO to my question , "Is there insider selling?" Is that so hard to answer, it appears it is.   I was looking to buy in, but something is fishy here and I am passing on this.   Good luck everyone who is going to ride it out to ...more

This is an all too familiar experience.  Hopefully a new culture at the company will take root with the departure of our dear wheeler dealing CEO.

I wouldn't rely too heavily on TMX data.  Also what are the precise rules for MT now that he has been given the "sincere thanks and wish him well for the future" speech.??
Comment by lnvestor198 on Nov 02, 2016 8:06pm
I have never found anything wrong with their data.  And TMX Trust, a subsidiary, is also the share transfer agent for Concordia.....   The information that was available on TMX in August and Sept on the margin selling was correct before the company disclosed it on SEDi much much later.  I checked the correction reports on the days of the insider selling and no corrections  come ...more

TMX data has been the only thing that has kept investors out of the dark because they have committed securites violations continuously. This will get noticed by regulators. No changes take place until the 14th so all parties are still insiders. They already know the numbers and they are selling in an earnings blackout to exit before the numbers are released. There is no way you can spin this as ...more

Could any of the following reasons answer the non reporting issue? The trade was mistakenly marked; this can happen in a basket trade of stocks by one large player ( not likely for this amount of days) The trade was made by a former insider but has been mistakenly marked as a current insider The trade was made by an institution that reports on SEDAR using the Alternative Monthly ...more

Corrections are issued by tmx for bundling errors and as you can see by the reports, and another poster I think said it hear as well, cxr does not appear for any of the days in question. TMX have been correct in idenitifying all the trading, and was accurate with the numbers, that was disclosed on SEDI by the company on August 12, 15, 16 and Sept 16, and 21st. Those all turned out to be ...more

I should have aso mentioned that the optics here are particularly bad. If it was the CEO for the past days where insider selling has been identified, it just sends out a bad message to how q3 is going to look like. He can't hide behind strategic review any longer. And IR should be responding to the question to shareholders. I too asked the question and I was told that it is not material and ...more

M1, wondering if they are able to trade prior to the PRs they have recently put out. I would think its insider trading to buy or sell with knowledge of new CEO info before its announced? Likely why they did that in 2 steps rather than 1? Not sure. If they were already in blackout due to the quarte than my point is moot.

Hey where can I see the exit agreement?
Comment by Shortingtozero2 on Nov 02, 2016 7:26pm
That's being a bit optimistic, don't ya think?   My target is lower.  Much lower.
