Hey, "Securities Lawyer" Lumberfeverlong....

Why didn't you know about this?   All the Donnatal sales reps were fired on May 13th 2016 and the company said that that the sales force "was doing good work"  "executing our initiatives" etc etc etc.
blah blah blah

And you said the Class Action Law Suit wouldn't go anywhere?  This new legal filing is going to the SEC and the OSC now for sure!

Unbelievable.  On Friday, Borkowski and Kreppner were added to the individual defendents stated on the law suit because it seems like they all knew that the sales force was all canned but still played their game of saying all is well in the land of Donnatal.   This company has the worst disclosure / transparency to its shareholders that I have ever seen in my life.  The only thing they have is paid implants on subrate bull boards to spew nonsense and hold the hands of bagholders until their wealth is destroyed.

Why would I know anything about the company that has not been publicly disclosed. I am not an insider nor connected to the company in any way. I am one of hundreds of investors who invested in this company believing what was being conveyed by management, including the firing on all cylinders statement by MT.  I was duped like many others. That said, there has been a relentless, unethical and ...more

You stated that you were a Secutities Lawyer.  In doing so, you were giving your professional opinion of the class Action Suit.  You said it will not go anywhere and I have screenprinted your posts here.  Well, Mr. Securities Lawyer, It appears that Concordia did not disclose a few things - like the fact that the entire contracted sales force for Donnatal - 75-80 employees were ...more

A small part of the lengthy filing that was accepted by the court on Friday Dec 9th.  This shows that it is the company that is misleading investors, imo and not any "work" by the shorts as Lumber is suggesting.  Shorts have piled on for a reason....    Anyone who thinks that this is not going to be followed up by the SEC or OSC is Delusional and you deserve ...more

I am bumping my own post before Lumber tries to bury it in his excuses.

Excellent post.  Thank you for sharing this.  I understand that the company's legal counsel was served on Friday Dec 9

I have never given anyone any legal advice on this board. My views are personal and are not directed to anyone as advice. I have already stated in the past that the company screwed up on disclosure. It should have restated guidance in the past and never made the statement that it was firing on all cylinders. As the case is progressing, it appears that there might have been other misleading ...more

Don't let the door hit you on the way out, you fake "Securities Lawyer" who suspiciously doesn't even have access to pacer.monitor's legal filings or DebtWIre to show the action that the bondholders have taken.  Its sad that investors have to find out their information from these sources (posted on a chicken farmer's twitter account as well) instead of disclosing it ...more

Hey Lumber, please keep posting your opinion and your thoughts free, because the shorts need to silent everyone else, please dont let them. Shorts hold that stock by the neck they done everything possible ethical and non, but Cohen got them by the balls, cause if borrow was available stock would have been zero weeks a go. i agree with you that the CMA fine wont be the hit that shorts think ...more
