I agree ...

Only with a complete overhaul of the whole management group will this company have any chance of re-establishing any level of credibility, but that will take time.  My opinion is that they have the necessary time because, while I believe that bankruptcy is a possibility, I do not believe that it is imminent.  But I acknowledge that, even with time, there is no certainty that a new management group will succeed.

bankruptcy is most likely the case. PJT partners are not a joke.
