Assets and cash (excluding Goodwill) worth 2/3 the facevalue of the debt, if everything was sold now, what does any equity holder expect to get? why is this even a debate?? Wheels

They have a plan to grow revenue. Everything isn't being sold I don't know where you get that. They will restructure some of the debt to get some breathing room. They don't have to swap all the debt they have right now. Most of it isn't due for years. They just need to cut down on some of the interest they pay out. If they restructure the debt is that usually good for the equity holders?   Do you think that the share price will go up if the comopany files under CCAA?

When did Concordia file for creditor protection? I was under the assumption they had sufficient liquidity for the next twelve months. Where could I have heard that?
