Concordia's US$586.5 million private placement (the "Private Placement") for new limited votingshares of Concordia, at a price of US$13.69 per So basically this stock should have no business above 18 Canadian or 6 cents pre split. Glad I took the hit and got rid of this before. No words to describe what has happen here.

The limited shares are worth nothing. The business remains in a death spiral; on dissolution, assets will be insufficient to pay debt, leaving nothing for the limited shares. $25 today buys you a couple of pizzas. $0.25 in a year buys you a used gospel-music CD. .

Old beer guys and gals. It could have been worse. Yes, really. At least it can breath now and debt is greatly reduced. Now, there's room to strategize and entertain growth. The team Mr. Cohodes shorted against is history. He was right. Now let's move forward. The next couple on moves could prove interesting. We've some great facilities after all.
