RE: Patent Expiring"Be sure Cryocor will help BSX develop a balloon catheter". You're kidding, right ? BSX DOESNT NEED OR WANT Cryocor's help with a balloon catheter, since they already have more than one patented. They want a console from Cryocor, to get around the method Cryocath's console uses, to enable their ALREADY FULLY DEVELOPED cryoballoon, to enter trials. Cryocor is swimming with a avery big shark, one that has no interest in "eating" Cryocor in the financial sense, but will simply leave the dieing carcas bleeding, on the ocean floor. One more : Jan K., during the last presentation, explained that the patented cryballoon CYT is successfully selling in Europe, right now (another Cryocor graveyard), is extremely technologicaly advanced, to the point of being difficult to manufacture. As to your console arguments, it appears you have soaked up the line of BS coming from a direct Cryocor contact, the last person you should trust. "Filed interference with the USPO" ? Cryocath has a brand new, technologicly advanced, user friendly console, introduced this year. Has it occurred to you that this is not the same console Cryocor unsuccessfully "filed interference" on ? "I thought you were smarter than that". Well, I know Jan K. is much smarter than I am, has a PHD in low temperature physics, and looked carefully, probably with advice from an independent patent attorney, and , completly aware of Cryocor, signed on with CYT. So, what's your PHD in, and which independent patent attorney did you consult, on this matter ? Did you use the patent attorney Constantino Christfolous used, before he bought over C$20 million, of CYT stock, and NO CRYO stock ? Finally, when are you going to answer the fact that Steriotaxis has OBSOLETED Cryocor's point to point cryoblation, making it worthless ?
