IP track recordIf one simply examines issued US patents, CYT has almost double the number of CRYO (including those bought from Cryogen), and six times the number of patents pending. On the R & D side, CYT is clearly outperforming CRYO. In terms of revenue performance, well, the comparisons, so far, are ludicrous. Knowing the finite details of a company's product helps, but, to the astute investor, performance, as opposed to promises, matters most. Again, the infringement suit is not about CRYO, it's about BSX. My (long term) worry isn't CRYO, it's STXS, possibly partnering with a big RF player, like St. Jude, which would put pressure on JK to partner with STXS, and develop a magnetic tip, for Arctic Front. I wish no ill will toward those invested in CRYO, and the hope is, we all make money, on our investments. Inowhy, sorry I lost my temper, the other day. All IMO, and GLTA.
