Corazon Mining Limited is an Australia-based mineral resource and exploration company. The Company is an explorer advancing the Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project in Manitoba, Canada, as well as the Mt Gilmore cobalt-copper-gold (Mt Gilmore) and Miriam nickel Sulfide projects (Miriam) in Australia. The road from here looks good from a regulatory standpoint, but the degree of dilution to current shareholders implicit in a $200MM development budget is hard to guage.  That's the biggest risk now, I think.

 

If we can assume it's bankable, then dilution should be minimal.   Selling a bit of product forward perhaps, a bit of debt, reduction in our interest if Fiji, minimal investment in east coast endeavors ( just enough to meet our required investment to maintain the claim, for example)  and ta da, we would have a good bit of the required investment made.   Stock price around $5.00, I'd put up with a bit of additional diltion, wouldn't you?

 

Hold on though, what's the possibility that a major swoops in?   I'd say high.
