I guess you have to ask yourself can things get worse?? Are there more write downs coming? When they sell assets cash flow per share drops, but the dividend should be safe, and once they deploy that money back into new assets cash flows should improve again. I think there could be more headwinds, but likely around these levels its a pretty safe buy.
