At the onset of our strategic plan, we initially thought that an improvement in market fundamentals would be required to improve their demand profile and liquidity. However, were beginning to see potential opportunities to realize value at a reasonable price and well have more to report on this front in the coming months" This will be in addition to the $1.2 billion in dispositions. Like I said earlier, this will be a high quality Toronto office reit. It will eventually trade around $14 a unit. There will be $10 returned to unit holders by way of special distributions and share buybacks.
