RE:If only...Well Snakeboy.    Been thinking about your comments regarding the SIB.    A SIB has a securities filing that goes along with it.    In the very recent past ELF has done the exact same thing.........EXCEPT.......they have disclosed that the large shareholders have NO intention of tendering any shares,  that being the Jackman's.

In this case I did not even look if Cooper as a person involved with Dream O,  and Dream U being a large shareholder,   had indicated if the entities he was a "control" person or "insider" of had disclosed their intent or not in the filings?

They might have had an obligation to do so,  therefore,    your complaint about the disclosure,  or lack of disclosure here,    might have merit in a court.      

Computershare is the depository or agent for the offer.    Dream O says they placed the monies in the depository last week.     Where is the CA$H?     Gone walkabout over the weekend.   Might be time to start whining with the issuer and their agents tomorrow if no settled funds.
