RE:Cooper whatever you do DO NOT CUT dividendMike Cooper is an industry worst CEO in the REIT space in my view. He was an all-star at 0% interest but not much beyond that. All of his REITs and even DRM are blowing up like pinedas. Impact back to where it was prior to the reverse split. Every time that clown gets the limelight and downtalks the REIT so the unit price falls. I suspect that he is now liquidating his DIR position with aspirations to take this private on the cheap. I am in at $11 and never thought it would be that painful. Never liked Cooper much and don't think he's very competent at running a publicly traded entity but the value is here and I still think it's a double or more within 18-24 months.
