Headwind will become tailwind soon...Last few years, we were dealing with
1) rising rate
2) new office builds come to market
3) lease expiring while work from home become more and more common
#1 - going to reverse
#2 - ending, # of new builds coming to market has peaked or will very soon
#3 - more employers are demanding employees to be back in office
Stock would go lower, but fundamental is improving.
