same here. low volume capitulation and no bid. reit bros won't touch it, most have been traumatized by owning it and other reits. meanwhile, saw a chart this morning showing continued office occupancy climbs in the US & bofa recommends "overweight" for real estate exposure. i just dont see how it can fell further at $290 psf for a mainly downtown toronto portfolio. even if u r ...more

Almost 40% of thier offices are in Alberta and Saskatchewan. I know properties in downtown calgary core being sold for $75/SF for repurposing with the $15M grant from the city. I understand that dream has some toronto DT core properties, but it also has some weaker ones. Only 22 properties are in downtown toronto. Correction* For some reason Dream did not update thier portal. When you filter dream office properties - you see all of the offices owned by Dream. See link below: wrong info on the website. You can ignore my post above since the real mix is closer to 80% DT core and 20% https://dream.ca/all-properties/?dream_entity=Dream%20Office%20REIT
