Has anyone done the calculation recently on the implied cap this reit is trading at?

Around 10%.  4.xx FFO.  Really getting ridiculous what they're doing to the REIT sector, going for the full blown capitulation / flush trade

TD has Dream Office at a 9.1% implied cap rate - that was before the fall of the past few days.
