RE:RE:Debentures a great buyStanmore, I have no doubt that scumbag lawyers could easily engineer a structure to screw the unsecured debenture holders. Hell, I have seen insiders of another company blatantly steal money from the company's bank account, steal all of the public company's clients, and transfer it all to their own private company. And the public entity went bankrupt. So I suppose something similar could happen here. I would hope it wouldn't, but have learned to never say never.
So if you inititate a call to sue to have the debentures paid out, I will guarantee that I will sign on to that.
