Legal Action update It looks like the individual debenture holders are finally getting their act together and have the numbers required to meet the 25% participation level to have the Trustee act to declare the immediate redemption of the full issue.
If you would like to participate and want to receive the documents needed to get your broker to include your holdings in the request for full redemption, register your e-maill address at www.discoverydebenture.ca.
Existing debenture holders have pulled their sell offers at 50 cents on the dollar and are now listing them at just below $100, perhaps anticipating a run up in the market value with the Clairvest folks not being able to abuse their rights any longer without consequences. Good news for sure.
