guys remember this is a double take because of the covid.... gave doman some wiggle room to
build even more.. but the numbers will not repeat themselves i cannot for the love of god understand those analysts... in one hand they raise their tp... and then in the lumber industry the analyst expect the price per thousand boardfeet to go back to the 700.00 dollars (post covid 2nd quarter 2022) from the high of the covid at between 1600 and 2000 per thousand...with the price back to 700 you will not have the same margin and therefore the same profit for doman... he was wise to rein in the dividend in sep 20
