Hello there,
Am I right to think that take over couldn't hapend because 139 M / 220 M shares are hold by institutionnal, mutual funds and direct holders.   Then, only 27% of shares could be get by a big player!!!

Hi,  Unless something happened recently, shares hold by institutional , mutual funds and direct holders are about 100 M /220 M and therefore at 45% of control (ref: presentation at investor discoveries) Fidelity : 12.1% CDPQ:     8.7% FSTQ:      5.4% others:    19.3% Total        45.5% IF you have updated numbers , please give us ...more

Numbers I got is from Barron's. Maybe I misunderstand the informations....
