Do you HONESTLY think that the Chinese investment firm Gold Finance, and a major chinese studio, AND a major theater distributor would invest their time and money with D-Box without knowing if these seats would sell at all in China? Companies don't invest time and money, and then sit back and HOPE without doing their homework.
Based on their website, they already added a few more theater chains in China that have our seats. We are just waiting on a larger order to come.
So stop with this BS, and just let the price do what it has to do.
Oh and btw, THERE IS NO Private placement coming!! They have $13 Million in cash and don't need funding....
But if they DO need funding....then its only because a major order is coming so it's win-win for us.
Its just technicals that are driving this stock right now, while we wait for news.
