I found the place where I saw they were splitting the premium in three, but it goes back to 2014:

Partout dans le monde, il en cote l'quivalent de 8 $ additionnels pour participer l'exprience D-BOX. L'oprateur de salles, le producteur du film et nous-mmes, on se partage galement ces redevances.
