Gold Finance released a PR stating that they sold 400,000 shares already. YOU are getting your information from Canadianinsder.com, where it only shows that they have filed with SEDI that they only sold 200,000 shares.
What you are posting is NOT NEW sales....as they have stated they have already sold 400,000 shares but obviously just have not filed it yet. So you will see new filings come up over the next few days as they report them, but those sales are history now and have been completed last week.
Now, can you honestly believe, that this Gold Finance, who injected money into D-Box a year ago, AND just recently in the last 6 months signed a contract with them to sell their home version of D-Box chairs, is already going to dump and unwind all 11 Million shares at a loss? Why? Because of 1 bad quarter which will be made up for it in the next quarter?
NOBODY in business does that....nobody injects that much equity into a company via a private placement, sign a potentially big contract with them (where they honestly cannot even lose on the deal) and then doesn't even give them a year, and starts unwinding the stock, thereby preventing the stock from ever getting above their buy price so that they create losses for themselves.
Do you really believe what you type or are you mental?
Want to know a more reasonable answer? They are selling some shares in the company to raise money for their Canadian Entity that they created just recently. They are selling the shares through that entity. For all we know, they may be selling shares in other companies too. It might not only be D-Box.
Stop speculating about Gold Finance......I can tell you something that you can't speculate on.....Fast and Furious 8 seats are already getting sold out for D-Box 2.5 weeks ahead of opening weekend.......oh but I guess its fake bookings right because I forgot....NOBODY uses the seats.
One last question......if you hate this company so much and are so negative....then....WHY......ARE....YOU....HERE?
