I agree... the management team is arrogant and out of touch!! They don't understand where to put emphasis to get this company growing!! It would be soo easy to link up with a home seat maker and include their motion systems and streaming controller for a home product under $900.... they would sell thousands of them with no problems!! Why don't they see this potential !! It's really sad to see this wasted potential !! Sorry to say but McMaster has to go!
