Alternate Symbol(s):  DBOXF

D-BOX Technologies Inc. is engaged in the business of designing haptic and immersive experiences. The Company creates and redefines realistic, immersive experiences by moving the body and sparking the imagination through effects: motion, vibration and texture. Whether it’s films, video games, music, relaxation, virtual reality applications, metaverse experience, themed entertainment or professional simulation, the Company creates a feeling of presence that makes life resonate like never before. With unparalleled mastery of haptics, the Company offers the synchronization of body movements with images and sound, such as software haptic effects, haptic processor, and the haptic system. Software haptic effects are programmed as a track, frame by frame, in the case of linear content, or programmed as a library for interactive content. A haptic processor serving as an interface between the content and the haptic system recognizes the content being played.

RE:RE:Total 4,293,118 shares

RE:RE:Total 4,293,118 sharesLOL, I was not talking about you in particular, I understand many are undecided...actually I hope many are undecided because I hope we control more than 4.3 Million shares on this board.

Maybe I should have been more clear in the beginning. I'm not asking you to sign proxies to get rid of Claude. For now, all I want to know is, if we can all agree on a course of action, how strong are we? For the record, I am not in favor of getting rid of Claude, and neither is Silentreader as far as I understand (I definitely don't speak for him). We believe he has done a very good job making D-Box the standard in the industry. In fact, I believe he did a phenomenal job actually. However, there are things that he does that I absolutely don't agree with, such as not promoting the stock, not holding conference calls, not being transparent in his reporting, having so many VPs etc. I think we need a strong operator, and Claude in charge of sales. He seems to be able to sell, but not make money. He's all over the place. We will definitely discuss among us what we want the company to do, before anywone volunteers their vote.

For now, all we're trying to do is determine how many shares we can count on if we were to come together as a group of investors. Anyone can opt out if at the end they don't agree, for sure.
