But praising Claude and thinking he did a stellar job when the stock price is where it is shows me how wrong I am. I do not even talk about how right or wrong you are. Claude does not seem to be able to take this company further. Having Claude leave would be an immediate boost for the shares and also open up room for a new era for DBOX.
I think it was clear from my post that I believe Claude did some things extremely well, but I'm unhappy with some other things. I think taking a speaker manufaturer with very little revenues and building it up to a roughly $40M is worthy of praise. Also,I don't think firing Claude will magically make us profitable and triple our stock price. Finally, who do you suggest as the new CEO?
I think, as I wrote before, getting rid of Claude would be a mistake, at least in the short term. I think he needs to step back and let someone else handle the operations, someone with a proven track record of being a good operator, and he should fire all those VPs and be in charge of sales himself. If you don't think that (plus the other points in my previous post) is shaking the tree enough, at least as a first step, then please do propose your alternatives. However, just saying fire Claude is not enough when we have no idea who to replace him with.
BTW, we seem to be stuck at 4.3M shares, which is barely 2.5% of the stock, I honestly think we're far from having enough weight at this point....anyone else wanting to support us, please step up.
