Plain and simple ... that's what they need.

If they can't deliver, they have to find a partner that can.

Will the company deliver ?  That's the million dollar question.  History says "NO" while the optimists say "YES."



Seems that every board member or director at D-Box must have the skills "incompetent" and "history of getting overpaid to deliver nothing for shareholders" in their CVs to be hired.

It's a miracle that they need, and it ain't going to happen anytime soon before the sun sets...
