Discount warrants to pull forward cash?

Discount warrants to pull forward cash? How come DC is cutting the sale price on the warrants?  I asked myself and only concluded that they need it to fund priority list item(s) discussed at AGM.  Streamline capital as in maybe buy the other pref shares?  Invest in mining strategy by attracting 3rd party capital where DC puts in cash along side 3rd party? Invest in DGMP platform ( not sure how this platform might need $88 million in cash but ... )?  Perhaps there is some risk in DPM and excellerating cashout is the only priority?  Given DC view that the mining industry will boom in the coming decade(s) I tend to think the cash is for buying into promising assets and doing the buying with partner(s) and the cash is needed "NOW".  That's my wild guess which is cash up and buy big.  Note that I was locked out of my account for a good many months.  Nice to be back posting.  Not sure how come DC.a dropped from high 1.50s to low 1.30s so quickly.  Very glad that share price is recovering rather nicely in recent days.  Gotta admit that smallish volume of shares traded each day is not the kind of liquidity I would prefer to see. I would like some of the regular DC posters to comment on where the cash might go and why the hurry to cashout DPM now vs next spring.
